Does heat bother anyone or have heat rashes?

I had this happen to me very few times. I get so hot that I break out into a rash. I had a electic blanket and noticed that I had these bumps on my arms and legs. Last month, I had a hospital stay and the room was a little warm even though peple fixed the unit. I didn't think anything about the rash on my legs and arms because I thought it had something to do with the meds.
My face broke out with all the hospital meds but cleared up.
My rash from the heat is getting better since I am not putting the eletric blanket on but still it's concerning me?
I have an appointment soon and will ask the doc about the rash.
Just wondering if anyone gets a heat rash and some extra advice on how to handle the rash.

I get a heat rash ALL summer long <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
I don't do anything special. It goes away after I shower and sit in the air conditioning for a while.
