Dont know why I do not recieve any emails

I am trying over and over again and i am not getting emails and every time i try and join it has error and info,I live in Jersey I am KGFROMPA!So can someone hepl me get it right!Thank you so much!

I am confused as to what the problem is. Are you trying to make another user name? All of your profile credentials that I can see say you're from PA... etc...

I am trying to get my emails at my address and i am noot getting them at all when i try and reapply i get i live in NJ which is not the case,It states already exsists kgrfom pa but where are my notifacations?I really know very little about setting and so what am i doing wrong i miss mt emails from CFC Thanks if anyone can help me correct this!
