Thanks for the replies....sorry I couldn't reply sooner, even now I'm doing it in haste...

A quick update is...

I've been inhaling my NAC through my nose, as well as into my lungs in hope that it helps clear things up.

Unfortunately, as with every other time, the congestion seems to migrate into the lungs and I have some really thick stuff to deal with...unlike the stuff I deal with on a daily basis...and It tires me a bit. Does anyone have this situation follow along as well, where it seems to migrate from the head to the lungs?

However, my sinuses seemed to cleared for the most part and my headaches have gone away....

Fred, a dry sore throat is ALWAYS the first sign of a cold for me. It is always a sign to do extra treatments, get more sleep and dose up on the garlic and C vitamins. If I push myself hard when I have the dry throat.. I know I'll spiral very deeply in a cold which leads to a lovely flare-up. Get some sleep!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
