Just checking on all our friends in the LA area, looks like they are saying no real damage/injuries so hopefully not to much going on.

On a lighter note: if it just lasted a bit longer could you count a quake as CPT for the day????????

For starters, I hope all is ok in CA.

For second, that reminded me of last week when I took Kayla and Hannah to see the Jonas Brothers concert. The music was so loud and you could feel the vibrations of the music throughout your body. Kayla looked at me and said "Mom, I can feel my chest vibrating, I guess I won't need to do my vest tonight<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">" Goofy girl!

I don't know if this will sound insensitive, but I used to live in Cali and a 5.4 isn't really considered all that big by most Californians. When we had a 7.1, my kids slept through it. (I woke up all freaked out and turned on the news and was trying to learn what happened. At some point I said to my husband "How can you sleep through all this???" and he said "I can't sleep because SOMEONE won't turn the TV off." <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> ) Some of the aftershocks of that quake were probably bigger than 5.4. In fact, on an email list I am on, a Californian was asked today how they faired in the quake and they confessed that they had not noticed anything.

Still, I hope everyone is okay. (Yet....I think the smoke from the fires in northern cali is a bigger problem for a lot of folks with CF who live out that way.)
