i have a vest machine,old style percusser and a neb machine i know someone can use these i just dont know how to or if it can be done witch is thoughly cleaning these. any help would be appreciated. thanks dale

It's so thoughtful of you to offer Diane's machines. The percussor and Vest may be able to be used by someone but the air compressor should not. Since the first two items are not breathing apparatuses and the later recycles air too much to risk it. Also I would get rid of the fabric jacket and the hoses. These can be replaced for a couple hundred dollars and are impossible to clean completely.
This all being said I personally wouldn't take the risk but if it's between not having a vest or having this one I bet someone will jump.
If no one is interested you could call Hill Rom or look into the Ashe Foundation who takes stuff to poor areas in Africa.
