So, I just got a GJ tube placed 3 weeks ago, and the insertion site is really bothering. Part of the problem is that only one of the two buttons under the tube that stitched my stomach to my tummy have fallen off. It's been a week since the first one fell off, and I feel like there's a lot of pressure and maybe festering under that button. Anyway to speed it up? The place where I received my surgery is 3.5 hours away.
Second question: My tube is sticking out almost 3/4 of an inch from the plastic round thing over my insertion site. Is that normal?
