Ferning microscopes

I was wondering if the ferning microscopes work for us cfers. I know it goes off of the salt content in your saliva so i was owndering if it would still owrk for us.
DO we have salty saliva like our skin?

Ferning microscopes? Are you talking about saliva cytology? I've used them to detect fertility/estrus in canines with accuracy...I know it works...just not sure about CFers!
