fevers

hey all...

quick question: do any of you ever have fevers and then when someone feels your head or face, you're not warm to them at all? this, of course, happens to me a lot when I'm having low grade fevers, but the other day I thought I had a fever and when my mom felt my head she said I felt "a little warm...MAYBE you're starting a fever." I got out the thermometer and it was 101.3*

just wondering if this ever happens to anyone else (this happens when anyone feels my head, btw, not just my mom.

Both of my children are like that. Unless it's a high fever, something over 102, I cannot tell by touching their face. I feel their bellies..that's where they feel warm. Of course, higher fevers are different. Then they feel hot everywhere.
