I am in Canada and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a GOOD daily fibre, pill or powder or whatever...I'm NOT constipated YET but I know it's gonna happen soon, it always does.

So if anyone can recommend a GOOD daily fibre I would greatly appreciate it.

I agree with the Mirilax if you have it by you. It mixes nicely with water.

Many CFers have it as part of their routine.
