Find a quote...again

Hey I'm looking for the "quote"/Story about a persons spirit etc. vs. CF. Like a boxing match. I know you guys helped me find it before and I'd like to see it again to share with others but I can't find it.
If you coud help me (again) I'd appreciate it.
I'm not too good with computer stuff and finding things on blogs.
