finding out the class of mutations

Threre has been a lot of talk lately about the class of mutations. What website/resouces do you use to find this out? Also, is any one Delta F508 and R553x? Thanks!

My 2-year old grandson was diagnosed with CF about a month ago. He has the Delta F508 and R553x combination. He's taking enzymes before meals and snacks and some special vitamins. My daughter and son-in law has to do the pat-pat therapy with him twice a day as a precautionary measure. From all outward appearances he's a happy, healthy 2-year old and just a terrific kid.
