I'm having a really hard time with food allergies. I'm not getting a balanced diet these days and I am concerned that between this and other issues going on I may be becoming malnourished (despite a little too healthy weight). Anyone else out there with (a lot of) food allergies? How do you stay well nourished? I am trying to make an appointment with clinic's nutritionist for sometime soon.
I recently gave up wheat because of an allergy (not gluten intolerance) in addition to several other foods I've given up over the last 5 years. I can eat most vegetables, some meats. I should avoid all milks but rice milk
