Getting approval for the Vest

We are submitting a claim for the 105 and I wondered if anyone with Regence Blue Shield has had their Vest approved. If so was it a long process, what do you think was the key in getting it approved?

We have the old ginormous one, so it's not life threatening <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> if we don't get it, but we'd LOVE the upgrade, obviously. We received the one we have now through the program that was offered years ago through our clinic by the Vest company before they were Hill-Rom, so our claim is brand new and not for an upgrade.
