Getting SSI

What are the income limits to recieve SSI.

I know I don't qualify for SSD b/c I don't have enough work credits. However I do meet the "health" requirements for SSI but I need to know the income limits.

How much of your spouses income do they count? So they factor in child support paid? Do they count the number of people in a house hold?

**Also I read that you can draw if your parents are deseased or drawing - but what about granparents?

the best thing you can do is just make an appointment at your local social security office to talk to someone, there are so many factors the have to take into account and it can be pretty confusing.
