I'm getting into the reading spell. I hardly ever read but every once in a while I start reading a lot. Is there any great authors or books out there that you would recommend? Please do not mention Twilight or Harry Potter, I already know those LOL I like Nicholas Sparks but haven't read many of his books yet ...I usually like mystery or romance. I don't like history and science.

Isn't Danielle Steele a well known romance Novelist? Sorry, I'm sort of in the non-fiction catagory. I've read some classic short stories like from Jack London...I enjoyed the short stories better...variety LOL

Hope that helps a little bit...oh, there is one...no, you said you didn't like history or science so I guess Dan Brown's hit novels of "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels and Demons" wouldn't interest you...

Good luck in your venture...

I love Luanne Rice (usually some romance, but more of a plot than the 'fluff' romance novels out there- and often some mystery/suspense thrown into the storyline too.) Jodi Picoult (though some of her endings make me want to scream and throw the book at the wall), Robin Cook (mystery/suspense, a little romance on the side usually), oh and Julie Garwood if you want romance... love her books.

Hope this gives you some ideas!
