Warning: You might explode your mind. There is SO much here I feel like I fell into heaven on earth.
Also at the bottom there are several links to CFTR databases some which include research results and understanding mechanisms of the Vertex drugs on NIH component websites.
There is some good info in the Drugs and Compounds section as well as the diseases and disorders accociated with different mutations of CFTR WOW!! It's almost as clear as day.
