My boyfriend is 34mwCF and is hooked on green tea. It is supposed to be an excellent antioxidant and more better than vitamin C. He's now looking at other teas with high antioxidant levels. CFers need as many antioxidants as they can get so I'm really glad. I've nagged him into eating more fruit and veg too and it has finally worked! Fruit is really beneficial and I reckon so important for CF. When he went into hospital his magnesium was really down and they put him on a drip for it. He didn't eat much fruit/veg then which is the best source of vits and minerals but now he realises how important they are. There are some really good web sites telling you what's in fruits and veg. One good one is www.acne-advice.com/diet/savers.shtml. It's for acne but has good info about all the vits, minerals in fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts, beans and herbs.Anyone else drinking green tea?C
