Thanks again, my doctor recommended the Culterelle & told me about the flora stor as an alt & I found the Flora stor cheaper so that's what I got.

I will talk to my doc about the GSH as I am new to this & she already takes a lot of meds.

oh yeah, about the allergy testing-she had allergy testing already with the back scratching so I don't know if it tested for food allergys but I will call them & see if it did & if not see if I can get an appt. Our allergist is in the same place as our clinic.
