Yay Moms!!! I work at a maternity store so i get to see how cool moms are everyday (not to mention my own mom). Here's a good one: What is so great about your mom? What makes your mom your hero?
My mom gave up a lot for us when we were kids so that we got the best care. Until I was 14 she was a stay at home mom. If I needed to go to the doctor she got me there ASAP. We had to drive 3 hours (one way) to our CF center and if she needed to she would pack us up in the car and make that long drive at the drop of a hat. A few times she even made a 7 hour drive (again one way) to take us to a more advanced CF center. She had to do without a lot because she wasn't bringing in an income, but that was ok with her as long as her kids were taken care of. Way to go mom!!
