I recently started a script of TOBI. Not for sure about certain side affects with this but I have been having heartburn while eating. Does this happen with a new inhaled script or is this in my mind?

Nope. Tobi doesn't effect the acid in the stomach. Talk to your doctor about it, though, because acid reflux is common with CF. He'll give you a pill that'll take the heartburn away, and you're enzymes will probably work better, too.
