Homeopathy?

Has anyone ever tried homeopathy in thier treatments? Obviously it cannot treat infections and bugs they way that good old antibiotics can, but was wondering if anyone had delved into this area, or other kinds of alternative medicine, in an effort to maybe better thier bodies as a whole...and as a result improve thier cf?

I have used Arnica Montana for aches and pains. I have used magphosphorus for menstraul cramps. I have used some remedies for sleep. I do not use homeopathics all that much but when I have they work great. You can look into Bach Remedies too. They have a great affect on the body. They sell them in most health food stores and they have a book that goes along with it. You can make the bottle last a long time if you dilute the dossage into water. You can do a search on bach remedies and there might be suggestions how to take them. Be careful not to take too many different remedies at the same time. Homeopathics and essential oils (like lavender) do not mix together. THey should be taken many hours a part. I am not sure about the Back remedies. I do believe there are many good qualified homeopathic doctors (some are expensive) but it is wise to get advice from one of them. Accupuncturist do specialize in homeopathy most of the time. All alternative medicine has value if you follow correctly.Good luck
