Hyponatremia

Has anyone had anything like this? It's called hyponatremia. Basically your body's water balance is out of whack. Where you are ingesting enough fluids, but your body still thinks it is dehydrated.

Any insight appreciated.

Hyponatremia is when you have low serum levels of sodium. It can have many causes, some much more severe than others, and treating it depends on what has caused it in the first place.
