I need a alternative to trazadone for sleep

I need to get off trazadone , The pharmacists said it is most likely what is giving me the rapid heartbeat. I am on paxil too , he said those together could cause it. I got off the azithromycin because of the ringing in my ears. The paxil is working for my anxiety. When I get up in the morning I can feel and hear my heartbeat in my ears, and when i cough hard or do yard work. My CF doc wont let me take ambien or anything like that she said it suppresses the respiratory system and I don't want that.

Try red tart cherry juice. I find it does help me sleep better. Let me know if you try it and how it works for you.

My son has cf and autism. He tried melintonin (over the counter), that didn't help. He does take a low dose of clinician e because he will not sleep for days. It works great, the only side effect is it can lower your blood pressure slightly. It barely affects his and he doesn't experience any low blood pressure symptoms. It doesn't affect your respitory system. Good luck
