Im worried about possible Haemoptysis

This whole week ihave taken no Vitamin K, this is because my GP isnt prescribing it to me and hopefully my specialist will tell him to prescribe it on Monday and ill have it then

But im really worried now, because this morning i woke up and coughed some phlegm which had i think dried blood in it?

Now, there are a couple of reason this could have happened:
1) I have had no Vitamin K for this whole week?
OR
2) My nose has been bleeding lately aswell (only dried up blood) and that has been dripping into my lungs when i was sleeping

If it was haemoptysis, there would be specks of blood everytime i cough up phlegm wouldnt there? Bu there was only blood onc

Im not sure which one it is, perhaps someone could explain?

Everyone is different & depending on the cause of the bleeds would depend on if you get a cough with pure blood, streaked sputum or streaked.

It could be a combo of what you described, but if you are having issues with nose bleeds & the blood dripping down then that alone will aggrivate your lungs.

I would get both addressed!
