<P>It's that time of year again! My kids are getting excited about going back to school. Jake will be a middle schooler! They grow up so fast. </P>
<P>Here are some resources I've put together over the years for getting our kids ready including a teacher letter, sample 504 plan for CF, and how to teach classmates about CF (including an audio of me teaching my daughter's 2nd grade class). </P>
