Jarod,
Welcome to Colorado!! I live up in Ft. Collins, but I head down to National Jewish for clinic. I assume that's where you'll be going. I've lived in CO since I was 10 and it is a great place. I really do like the care I get at the adult center. There are three docs, Rodman, Nick, and Seveedra. Two nurses, Kathy and Sara. They are a great team. I usually see Dr. Nick, but all three are good. They each have a really different style. Nick is very laid back, Rodman is the boss and can be a bit of a prick sometimes, and Seveedra is a young woman and is really into her work. National Jewish itself is usually an out patient facility, but I have been able to stay there for a tune up before. The team usually hospitalizes us at the University of Colorado Hospital. The care there is ok, but it is a teaching hospital so be prepared for a lot of unneccessary crap when you go. The food's not great either.
So what has brought you here? I hope you'll like it. There is tons of stuff for our age group to do. What area are you living in?
The adult clinic has a social worker who should be able to help you with assistance programs or try calling Jodi at the CF foundation Denver chapter, she should be able to point you in the right direction. You can get the number off the webpage.
We'll keep in touch.
