Leukemia

My nephew has Leukemia...we found out a few hours ago. that is why the Hep A diagnosis or misdiagnosis...who knows. He is not doing well. Jaundice, Coughing up blood ( they told my sister they think he has pneumonia). Did a chest X-ray. His Uric Acid is up...they are trying to lower it. His white blood count is low. He is anemic white count...6,000 (should be atleast 150,000). Red blood cell count low. I watched him everyday for the first year of his life. I am his Godmother. I bought his birthday card today. He will be 10 on the 19th. I thought my family went through enough..this year has sucked. Tomorrow we find out if it is AML or ALL. I have read. I understand. It all sucks. I am angry and scared. They have started him on platelets. He will have a bone marrow and spinal tap in the morning as well as chemo.

Please pray becase I can't do anything but tell God how utterly pissed I am.
