Little acorn record book?

Does anyone use this book for record keeping? I looked at it a while back and though I might order one now. I write down everything, but with two sets of records to keep, this might be helpful.

I didn't even know about this book, but I'm I'm curious to know too if they're worth it..having two with cf can really be a lot to remember - just when you think you'll remember everything that's going on....they go ahead and change things on you..
