Long Beach Memorial Medical Center

My insurance is not covering my clinic visits or hospital stays at USC. This month has been extra difficult because i have been sick. So i went to CF.org and looked for another doctor hoping to find one that will take my insurance and i found one.

Dr. Jeffrey Riker at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center

Is there anyone on this forum that goes to this doctor for CF care or went to this doctor for CF care? If so, how is he? What treatments does he typically put patients on? Do you go every three months? How are the nurses? Are they nice and understanding? How do they decide when to give you a Tune-up? How is the hospital and staff at the hospital?

Thanks i would appreciate the feed back.

I go there, but I don't see Dr. Riker because he used to not take my insurance. I don't even know if he takes my new one. I will PM you a little later when I have more time to write something!!

I really like Long Beach, but it's the only hospital I've ever gone to so I really don't have anything to compare it to.

More later.....
