Looking for a Vest.

My boyfriends son is 3 years old and I'm looking for a vest. We believe he isn't getting his vest treatments on a daily basis or even at all but his mother doesn't want to give us the vest. I tried getting one through my insurance but since my boyfriend and I aren't legally married I can't. I've looked everywhere does anyone know where I can buy one, it doesn 't have to be new I just want to get this vest and start his treatments. Please any help will do! THANKS!
