Low blood sugar and joint pain

Hi all. For those of you who battle sugar lows, I noticed today how much my knees hurt, and when I ate they felt better... I have no idea if this is really a connection or not. I smacked both knees pretty hard rock climbing on friday, so it could just be that, but all of my joints felt distinctly better after eating. I have a hard time noticing the regular joint pain, so i'll be paying attention to that. I know my sugar lows make my whole body feel like crap, but this is the first time I've notice specific pain getting better after food. just wondering if anybody else has noticed anything similar.... thanks

Hi there,

I just wanted to say I don't ever really get specific joint PAIN. I normally just get a weak feeling, where my arms and legs start to feel "rubbery". Kind of like a "gumby" effect. Either that or I just get tingly - no real shakiness just tingling.

I know that may or may not be what you are looking for - but I thought I would throw it out there.

Take Care,
Lindsey
