Low Cholesterol and CF?

I had a health screening done for work which included a cholesterol test, and I just got the results back today. My total cholesterol level is pretty darn low (as are my triglyceride and LDL levels), and I'm wondering if my levels might actually be too low. I haven't talked to my doctor about it yet, but some quick searches seem to indicate that low cholesterol may be common in CFers. I can't actually recall getting my cholesterol tested in the past, so this is the first time I'm really thinking about it.

Does anyone have any information they can share? Do CF patients tend to have low cholesterol? And if so, what might a "typical" level be for us?
