Major headache

Yesterday morning started out with a headache I could not get rid of all day and now it has lasted into today, too! It feels like it's located in the front above my eyes. My sinuses are clear, I have been drowning myself in water. I have been alternating between IB Profin and Tylenol. I haven't been coughing a lot, so it's not that headache you get from having your brain bounce off of your skull. Any suggestions/ideas?

Sounds like the kind of headache I get when when my pulse-ox drops low for a while. I woke up with one like that the other day and nothing would get rid of it. So I don't really have any suggestions but that might be what its from.
