Two other things I've done in the past have really affected my stools.
1. Ambrotose powder (Glyconutrients")
2. Glutathione capsules 500mg. Currently take 3 per day, one with each meal. I take 1 ultrase and 2 pancreacarb with my meals as well. I was taking 5 ultrase mt 12 before taking the glutathione.
For me the ambrotose wasn't effective unless I took it in high amounts which became very expensive. Plus, I saw know difference with how my lungs felt which is why I took the glyconutrients in the first place.
