Hi allI am not sure if you have tried this great wonder but for the past few weeks I have been sleeping better than ever. All I do is massage my feet for ten minutes before bedtime. Sometimes I spend more time and sometimes I spend a little time during the day in addtion to bedtime. It really works. It might take a few days to work but once you start sleeping well I would suggest you keeping up this practice every night before bedtime. Even if I have stressful thoughts through my mind each day for some reason massaging my feet takes away all my troubles.There is something to be said about balancing the body and I have a feeling that massaging the feet does this wonderfully. Reflexology is good to try but frankly when the therapist digs into the feet it hurts. I rather do this myself and I save lots of money.If you try this please let me know what great things happen to you.Another benefit is nice feet that have a soothing texture as when you massage using creme will keep your feet nice and moist. As we get older our feet get really dry.Also you can get a CD Player (portable) and listen to this with a headset and play relaxing music.
