Hi, Im trying to find a published article on the PTC 124 clinical trial. (for those with stop mutations) Every medical journal website requires a user name and password and costs mega bucks to use.... Does anyone have access to any of these sites ( like the New England Medical Journal)? If so could you help me out?

I have access, Melissa. I ran a quick search and got just two articles that came up. One is about the studies done on PTC 124 for Muscular Dystrophy -- also a stop codone. The other is this source...

Gateways to clinical trials. (eng; includes abstract) By Bayes M, Methods And Findings In Experimental And Clinical Pharmacology [Methods Find Exp Clin Pharmacol], 2005 Jul-Aug; Vol. 27 (6), pp. 411-61; PMID: 16179960

I couldn't get the pdf, because its not online. I could order a copy of the article to my office if you'd like and snail mail it to you.
