Military wife/husband

Hello.

When I went to clinic yesterday they told me they have a large amount of wives with CF whose hubbies are stationed at the local base. I found that peculiar. Even my nurse mentioned that usually its children who have CF with a parent in the military that they see.

Anyway, this got me thinking, how many on this board have CF and have a spouse in the military? It would be awesome if we could all get on chat at a certain time or start some sort of correspondence. I know we face challenges with deployments, Tricare, EFMP, that are specific to military life.

Anyway, maybe check in and we could set up a good night to infiltrate the chatroom. LOL!

I'm not a spouse w/cf, but my husband is active duty navy and both our children have CF ddf508 - are you interested in parents too, b/c when it comes to tricare, MTF, and all those good things that come along with it, I'd be in!

BTW, which base is it?

Gorgeous kiddos everyone! Candice... your baby is so big already!!!!

DH is recently deployed for 7 months (have I mentioned that enough yet?) and we will be PCSing probably within a few months of his return home.

... Still waiting to hear from more military CF spouses (OR PARENTS... Of course!) and maybe we can set up a chat day/time.
