Most infections at once?

I am 14 and when I was 13 I had Bronchitis, Pnuemonia, Psuedomonus, MRSA, and the flu (I know it's not an infection but thought I would add it in) and my FEV1 dropped from 100% to 68%.

So what is the most infections in your lungs you have ever had at once?
What were they?
How much did your FEV1 drop?
