We have never met but I think its time we did !
I work with a woman in Virginia who has 2 kids with CF. I decided to start a fundraiser for CF 3 years ago. I belong to many motorcycle organizations and put together an event in Arbutus Maryland for motorcyclists to come together for an afternoon to listen to music and see all the great bikes.
The first year we raised about $600, last year almost a $1000 and this year we hope to break $1300 but we need help!
I know that CF is used to raising several $1000 at one event but I really enjoy helping the kids and this event allows motorcyclists who care to give as much or as little as they can...we dont charge to get in, but ask for donations and have a 50/50.
If you can help with publicity...its only 2 weeks away but spread the word to your families in Maryland and other chapters in the area...anyone can attend the event!!
