mouth tingling!

AHHH!

my mouth ! its tingling ! help!

i took a benadryl....


this has been happening about once a week for the past two months, its usually pretty random, always happens after i eat. we thought we had it narrowed down to a type of oil... but its soo frustrating! i dont want to have a bad reaction!!

Kate,

Since you are a diabetic, you are probably having a low blood sugar incident. This happens to me occassionally when my insulin works faster than my food absorbs<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Check your blood sugar. You might be running a bit low before the food gets in your system,especially if you are on a fast-acting insulin such as novolog. Let me know what you find out<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I agree with Skye Check your blood sugar. I didn't get inner mouth tingling when my blood sugar drops but my lips do tingle and start to go numb. I would double check your sugar if that is not it then maybe talk to your doctor about it and see what they recommend.

heythere, it definilty could be that...but i doubt it because im not usually low. i do my insulin like a min before i eat so im usually pretty level or high. i guess i should takl to my doctor... haha
