I went to outpatients last Friday and mentioned that i have been a bit constipated. It varies some days i'm fine others i can't go and get stitches and cramps high up in my stomach sometimes so painfull it makes me double over. Anyway he seems to think i am a bit bloated and stacked up even though i am still going some days. So he has given me movicol sachets suggesting i take them, when i'm not going anywhere. Just spoken to a friend who said her mother was given them and it lead to a few nasty accidents not something i want to incurr. Just wondered if anyone else has used this and what the affects are. Do i need to lock myself in the bathroom for hours on end ??
