In case our foreign members read this and wonder why we are being so apathetic to not attend a conference on CF in our country. We are not invited due to cross infection risk. A few cf patients who are in the medical/research field for a living will be there but patients are not encouraged to attend.

A video about my son and I will be shown at the conference to all that helps them to understand what it is like to live with this disease. Once it is released on youtube I'll be sure to post it here.

I wish I could've gone to the one in our area a few years ago, but my husband decided to come home from a business trip with H1N1 and was quarantined at his parents house. And I had no one to watch DS. This year it's in Anaheim, CA. Someday I'd love to go.
