Nagging pain

Last night I started to get this dull nagging pain right under my left breast, which seems to be on my rib cage.
It hurts worse when I take a deep breath or just when my ribs move. Its right under wear my arms rest when it is down at my side.
Has anyone experienced this before? What is it? I cant take anti inflamatories because of my hemoptysis probs so I am left with plain ol Tylenol which is not helping!
Any ideas?????

I have made good experiences with "Clean Fresh Scent SPORTSCREME", a white tube with green and some yellow and orange, containing Trolamine Salicylate from Chattem. I did always buy it in US supermarkets while on vacation.

Be careful though, some young female recently died from ben gay O.D....Don't have "Killed by Ben Gay" on your death certificate... And I do believe, the chemical named by Uli is the main culprit that killed the female in question.
