Neb Compressor for Overseas

Hi, do any of you have a nebulizer compressor that works overseas, or what do you do when you travel overseas. I am going to Ireland and France. If possible I would like to buy one that is meant for europe, not buy an adapter. i have only used nebs for a bout a year so i have never come across this problem yet....

I have a PARI BOY which is made to be used in just Europe. My PARI ProNeb Ultra that I took to Europe with me does not work.

Beware of the PARI Trek if you use Pulmozyme or TOBI - it doesn't get particles small enough to deposit the meds deep in your lungs.
