Need some info on Nevada

We are trying like crazy to get back to the mainland!!! But the hardest part we will encounter is making sure we can afford the medical care or that we can get assistance from the state. If anyone has lived or lives in Nevada, we would love as much info as you can give. Would you mind telling me about the CF center too. Anything can be better then here, as we have no CF center and the pulmonologist we see is about 20 years behind the times <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
