New Great Strides website question

Is it possible to add a walker manually like a team leader could on the old site or must every walker sign up for themselves?

I'm still trying to figure out the new site. None of our passwords worked, so we had to request new ones, then there were duplicate names because we participated in a couple cff events--- brewers ball, sponsored some people in climb for a cure. I tried to add DH's aunts and couldn't figure it out. One I even had her screen some and password from last year and it was a no go. Hoping to play around with it this weekend when I have some time.
