New Nublizer Questions

I just had to pull out a brand new nebulizer compressor that my doctor had ordered for me a few years ago. I had it in storage because in the meantime I purchased my own which died last night.

SO the one that the clinic ordered is a Pulmo-Aide (which I have had before) Devilbliss. It comes with a neb cup that is quite different then what I have used before.

It has a really short mouth piece & when you exhale it comes out of the top. I would highly doubt that anything except for albeuterol should be used in it, but...

I was wondering if anyone ever had one like this. Its uniquely shaped & I am not fond of it. I can only imagine the pores on my nose will do from meds blowing onto it....YUCK!

is it one of the pari cups that you're talking about, other than that i have no idea what cup you're talking about, find out what it is and look on the internet to find out if it's any good for anything but albuterol

Is it that old that Devilbiss doesn't have the specs to the model on their homepage?
Or, if a "reverse research" can be done, seeing if the meds you are taking would have that model listed as compatable?

Just thoughts...though at this point, I only know that what the doc's giving me for meds is compatable with the machine he sold me to neb with.
