new to jogging with CF

LOL!! That is great advice about the towel - I never even thought of that!! I ususally turn my head and cough on my upper arm or shoulder so not to get the machines...and the gym I go to has spray bottles and paper towels to wipe everything down when you are done so I make sure I get them good! I am definitely trying it this week though!!!!

Yeah, I don't think any of us wise CFers would ever cough onto the equipment or in our hands (I usually cough into my upper arm too if I can't grab my towel in time), but its amazing how many people just cough as they're running into the air! I know all that crap they just coughed is just settling on the panels of the treadmills... disgusting!

Anyway, let me know if you feel more comfortable coughing once you have a towel with you. I think you'll worry much less when you have it with. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Good luck!
