Oregano oil and birth control

Is this something that effects the effectiveness of birth control?

I do know that antibiotics effects the effectiveness of birth control, but I'm not sure about the oil of oregano.

Could be. St. John's Wort interferes with oral contraceptives.

I just discovered a home page regarding the oo relieving menstruation.

It does not indicate whether it will contradict birth control, I'm understanding that this "birth control" method is the "pill", which controls the hormones.
