Okay, so I have Arguillas fungus, mold in the lungs. Do you have psudomonas and arguillas and that makes PA?

No, PA stands for pseudomonas auriginosa. Aspergillus is a fungal infection and is completely different. Pseudomonas is a bacteria. Aspergillus is a fungus. Both are quite common in CFers. My son cultures both, although his aspergillus has not shown up in awhile.
